These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FinSight Intelligence ("the App"), operated by FinSight Intelligence ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FinSight Intelligence, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FinSight Intelligence is a financial market intelligence platform that provides market data, news aggregation, portfolio tracking, AI-generated summaries, and educational content. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Important: FinSight Intelligence does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Nothing in the App should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, investment, or financial instrument. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

A free tier is available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tier features at any time.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of FinSight Intelligence and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Data

Market data, news, and financial information displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Third-party providers retain all rights to their respective data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinSight Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or investment losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
