FinSight Intelligence ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Account information: Email address and password (hashed) when you create an account.

Usage data: Features used, screens viewed, and interactions within the App, collected to improve the service.

Portfolio data: Stock positions and financial data you voluntarily enter into the App.

Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.

Purchase information: Subscription status managed through Apple's App Store. We do not store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the App
To manage your account and subscription
To personalize your experience (watchlist, portfolio tracking)
To send important service updates and notifications
To analyze usage patterns and improve features
To respond to your support requests

3. AI Features

Certain features use AI processing (OpenAI). When you use AI-powered features, your queries and relevant context may be sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy for more information.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Service providers: Third-party vendors that help operate the App (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing)
Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

The App integrates with third-party services including:

RevenueCat: Subscription management
Apple App Store: Payment processing
Market data providers: Real-time financial data

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure token storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
